The service

Quantum Tarot, operated by ELN Editions LLC, provides a personal tarot reading delivered digitally. Your ten cards are chosen from the measurement of a quantum process at the moment of your question, and a written interpretation is generated for you.

The reading is provided for entertainment and introspection. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency before payment. Payment is a one-time charge with no subscription, processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.

Optional follow-up readings may be offered after your purchase, each as a separate one-time payment.

Delivery and refunds

Your reading is generated and made available immediately after payment, and sent to your email. Because the product is a personalized digital service delivered instantly, it is by nature non-refundable once generated, except for the commercial guarantee below.

If a technical problem prevents delivery, contact us and we will make it right.

Commercial guarantee: right reading or twice your money back

If the clear answer given by your reading (a yes, a no, a timeframe or a precise indication) is contradicted by the facts, we refund you twice the price you paid for that reading. The guarantee applies only when all of the following conditions are met: you send the complete, unaltered copy of the reading you received by email (the original email or the PDF, with its date); you provide factual, dated and verifiable evidence that the answer was contradicted by the facts, it being understood that feelings, personal interpretations and still-unfolding situations are not proof; where the answer was conditional ("yes, on one condition"), you establish that the condition was met in full; where the answer carried a timeframe, you wait until that timeframe has passed before claiming; and you send your request to contact@tarot-quantum.com within twelve (12) months of purchase.

The guarantee covers the main reading only, excluding options, extensions and additional purchases, and applies once per customer. It does not cover questions whose answer cannot be objectively verified (the feelings or intentions of a third party, inner states, matters of interpretation), nor questions relating to health. Only the question submitted to the generator is taken into account. Requests are handled within fourteen (14) days, and refunds are issued to the original payment method. This commercial guarantee is in addition to your legal rights and does not limit them.
